Crushing industry is an essential part of the rapid economy development. In the crushing process of metal, nonmetal, chemical material and construction material, tremendous amounts of energy are used with low efficiency. In order to improve the performance of crusher, here we introduce three indexes to evaluate the crushing efficiency.
Index 1: Crushing capacity
It means how many tons of final products can be crushed in one hour (t/h). Represented by quantity, the promise of this index is: the feeding size and discharge granularity must be indicated.
Index 2: Crushing efficiency
Crushing is a process with high energy consumption. Index with energy used is a good reflection of the whole efficiency. Here we use kw.h/t or t/kw.h to express. Same as the first index, the feeding size and discharge granularity should be indicated.
Index 3: Crushing technical efficiency
The aim of crushing is to make the stone smaller and smaller, until reach the required standard. Therefore, this index is used to evaluate the efficiency by granularity decrease status.
Adopting the above 3 index can well evaluate the efficiency of crushers and improve the production capacity.
