What are the differences between hydraulic system cone crusher and high-efficiency spring cone crusher?

Hydraulic cone crusher is evloved from spring cone crusher. Hydraulic cone crusher incorporates three crushing styles; its feeding style incorporates material on material,materials on iron and falling at sides.

The differences can be summered from the following parts:

1. Different operation model. Different main shaft shape and movement. Hydraulic speeds higher and more efficient than spring cone crusher.

2. The support of the main shaft and cone is different.

3. Different release model. For spring cone crusher, when the iron get into the cavity, the bowl liner will be uplift, and the spring will be pressed, then the iron can be discharged. For Hydraulic cone crusher, when the iron get into the cavity, the hydraulic cylider will be pressed, and oil inside will flow and get even.
